Fish a 2.0 to 3.0 mph trolling speed for a moderate, rotating action that works well for salmon, steelhead, and lake trout. The flasher creates a kick to mimic feeding fish, causing a bait or lure rigged 3 to 4 feet behind it to move erratically and attract bites.
